Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a motivated Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to join our Las Vegas, NM team. You will perform cleaning on package and field-erected cooling towers, work under Foremen and Superintendents, and contribute to safe, efficient project completion.

You should be comfortable frequent travel, working in fast-paced environments, and following safety procedures, including THA and MSDS handling. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Score of 2 or less in a DISA background screen.
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail to ensure equipment quality.
• Proficient in the safe operation of power washers, with knowledge of spray head selection and usage.
• Follow supervisor instructions to support safe, efficient, and timely project completion.
• Uphold safety, efficiency, and quality standards throughout all phases of work.
• Carry out pre- and post-treatment activities, including measuring free chlorine levels in circulating water.
