Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Satisfactory background check and DISA screen ≤2.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail to ensure equipment quality.
• Operate power washers safely with appropriate spray head selection.
• Follow supervisors' instructions to ensure safe, efficient project completion.
• Read and interpret MSDS; handle chemicals properly and safely.
• Complete THA cards and safety documentation on schedule.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off when above 4 feet.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
