Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our TheraTroopers traveling program. You’ll provide OT services across short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings, with mentorship and professional growth as you move between affiliated facilities nationwide.

This full-time travel contract offers competitive compensation, benefits, paid CEUs, license reimbursement, and housing/travel support to help you explore new places while advancing patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout rehab journey.
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Support safe and successful discharge planning.
