Job summary

TheraTroopers Inc. is seeking a Traveling Occupational Therapist to join our nationwide network. Based in San Antonio, TX, you’ll support short-term rehab, long-term care and outpatient settings across affiliated facilities.

You’ll work with interdisciplinary teams, develop evidence-based plans, mentor new therapists, and help patients regain independence while enjoying travel opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) eligible to travel.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey.
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Support safe and successful discharge planning.
