Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist for a full-time travel contract across 17 states. You’ll evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings, with mentorship and flexible placement.

You’ll collaborate with care teams, develop evidence-based plans, and support discharge, while earning competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including housing/travel support and paid CEUs.

Qualifications

• OT must be licensed in the United States and eligible to travel across states.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and adapt to varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
