The Gypsy Travel in Omaha is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support travel bookings and client care. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and assist clients with flights, hotels, packages, and excursions.

Maintain accurate records, offer tailored travel advice, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service. Prior travel industry experience is a plus, but trainability and a customer-first attitude are essential.
