American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a dedicated Chat Travel Consultant to support Defense & Government travelers. You will advisory via chat, resolve issues in real time, and expertly book or adjust domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, cars, and hotels.

The role demands 3+ years as a Travel Consultant, strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask across systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Experience using Sabre GDS for domestic and international travel bookings.
• U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract requirements.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and tools at the same time.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Travel Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service to Defense & Government travelers before, during, and after their business trips. What You'll Do

Operating hours 24 x 7. Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

The US national base salary range for this position is from $ $39,200.00 - $72,800.00 Annually. The national range provided includes the base salary that the company expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
