Explera Vacations Private Limited in Surat is seeking a Travel Consultant - Holidays Desk to tailor itineraries, present transparent quotes, and close bookings across channels.

You will coordinate visa, flights, and hotel arrangements, staying updated on destinations, fares, and visa rules. Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; travel & tourism diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Understand traveller briefs and craft tailored itineraries with clear quotes.
• Convert enquiries from WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins and follow up to closure.
• Coordinate with visa, flights, and hotel desks to complete bookings end-to-end.
• Stay current on destinations, seasons, fares, and visa rules.

Explera Vacations is hiring a Travel Consultant - Holidays Desk.

What you’ll do

• Understand each traveller’s brief and build tailored itineraries with transparent, written quotes
• Convert enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins; follow up to closure
• Coordinate with the visa, flights and hotel desks so every booking is complete end to end
• Stay current on destinations, seasons, fares and visa rules

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent Hindi/Gujarati/English communication
• Sales & follow-up discipline
• Destination knowledge (Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Europe a plus)
• MS Office / Google Workspace
• Graduate in any stream; travel & tourism diploma (IATA/UFTAA/TTM) preferred
