You will develop long-lasting relationships with members, tailor itineraries, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a sales-driven, detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Retail sales or banking experience or leisure travel agency background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air, car, and hotel.
• Build relationships with AAA members and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Tailor trips to member expectations and cross-sell related products.
