Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background check and urine drug screening required.
• 2+ years in retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency preferred.
• Able to navigate multiple systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sells international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car and hotel.
• Shares knowledge from personal experiences and education study trips.
• Develops long-standing relationships with members and builds referral business.
• Makes recommendations to tailor trips to the member's expectations.
• Cross-sell products to enhance the trip experience and identify theft referrals.
