Responsibilities include scheduling trips for vacations, business, and special events while providing excellent customer service. • Make alternative arrangements if changes arise.

• Book reservations for travel,hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide proper documentation tothe clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme parktickets
• Make alternative bookingarrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
