Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel Planning for destination weddings, sports teams, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, work trips, and more!
• As a Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components including air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets, and any other travel needs necessary for corporate and leisure travelers.
• Attend webinar training for future travels coordination and planning with various vendors and suppliers.
• Advise clients on required travel documents such as passports or visas.
• Provide information on destinations such as local culture, customs, weather, attractions, and any pre-trip preparations that may be recommended for the particular country or region.
• Meet with clients to determine their preferences for travel destinations and accommodations.
• Advise clients on various options for transportation and lodging.
• Talk with our vendors on behalf of our clients.
• Gather necessary information from clients to book their vacations.
• Keep vital recorders on file.
• Develop relationships and trust with clients.
