Job summary

Boots to Boardroom Recruiting, LLC seeks an experienced Safety Program Specialist to support major construction projects through independent safety observation, assessment, and documentation. This full-time travel-based role emphasizes field presence and rigorous safety program verification.

Ideal candidates will have a safety credential or degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively as part of Track A rotation. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time construction safety management experience or five (5) years if holding an approved equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence on assigned construction projects.
• Conduct independent safety observations, assessments, inspections and verification activities.
• Observe project safety program implementation and hazard controls.
• Evaluate field activities for OSHA compliance and client standards.
