Mears Group, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Travel Construction Coordinator to support field operations across assigned areas. You will organize documentation, coordinate daily project tasks, and assist Operations Management with reporting and compliance.

This role requires strong time management, clear communication, and the ability to travel; a valid driver's license is required. DOT regulations apply; full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation.
• Distribute correspondence among team members.
• Create and maintain daily and material reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of active construction projects with Project Management.
• Track equipment usage and ensure as-built drawings are provided.
• Assist operations management with field duties as needed.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure tasks.
