Job summary

Mears Group, Inc., a leader in construction and infrastructure, seeks a Travel Construction Coordinator to support operations across assigned areas. The role involves coordinating documentation, reporting and frequent travel to ensure project needs are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining project reports, coordinating day-to-day field activities with Project Management, and ensuring as-built drawings are provided and filed. Growth opportunities and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job-specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and collect all compliance documents for closeout.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management.
• Track equipment usage and track as needed.
• Create and maintain daily and material reports.
• Assist operations management with various field duties.
