Mears Group, Inc. seeks a Travel Construction Coordinator to support operations across active construction projects. You will manage documentation, reporting, and coordination with Project Management while traveling in assigned areas. The role emphasizes safety and efficient field procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong time management, and a valid driver’s license. DOT rules apply; pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure proper distribution of correspondence among team members.
• Create and maintain daily and material reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of active construction projects with Project Management.
• Track equipment usage and maintain records.
• Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed.
• Prepare job-specific manuals, testing requirements, and closeout materials.
• Assist operations management with various field duties.
• Work well in a team or independently when needed.
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
