Job summary

Worth Media Group is seeking a Manager, Worth Community to build and sustain our audience across live events, digital content and newsletters. You will define target guest profiles, curate guest lists for summits and receptions, and coordinate with editorial and sales teams to align with Worth's strategy.

You will manage VIP outreach, track attendance, and own the invitation lifecycle in HubSpot, ensuring high-touch guest experiences and a coherent attendee mix across convenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events, community management, or related relationship‑driven role.
• Experience building high‑level guest lists or member communities from ground up.
• Comfort engaging with senior executives and public figures with discretion.
• Strong project management and data hygiene skills; HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define target guest profiles for each event based on themes and sponsor goals.
• Build and refine guest lists for events with editorial and sponsor balance.
• Serve as VIP liaison, manage RSVPs and follow-ups with a high-touch approach.
• Maintain and grow the CRM database and track attendance history.
• Coordinate with sales, editorial, and events teams on logistics.
