Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven customer service skills with focus on relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using I/O structures and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff by servicing company equipment at customer sites.
• Install new equipment at customer sites and commission systems.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer locations.
• Document all service performed and future service needs clearly and accurately.
• Maintain OSHA/MIOSHA compliant safe work environment and drive customer satisfaction.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, and installation forms accurately and on time.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
