Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with State Board of Nursing, or in process of obtaining certification.
• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, ROM, and vital signs under RN supervision.
• Support meals, dressing, bathing, and comfort activities for residents.
