This travel role offers full‑time hours and a weekly gross pay of $1,236.80, plus licensure and travel expense support. Applicants must hold a VT LNA or eligible compact license and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont LNA license or compact CNA/LNA credential recognized by Vermont (or eligibility for fast-track Vermont licensure).
• Direct patient care experience in LTC/SNF/assisted living; travel healthcare experience is a plus.
• BLS/CPR certification from an accredited provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance.
• Obtain and document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) accurately and promptly report abnormalities to the charge nurse.
• Support resident mobility through safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mechanical lift operation following safety protocols.
• Observe physical, mental, and behavioral changes in resident conditions and communicate findings immediately to nursing supervisors.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and clutter‑free living and care environments aligned with infection control guidelines.
• Follow individualized resident care plans and complete shift documentation accurately.
• Deliver empathetic, resident‑centered care while upholding strict privacy, HIPAA compliance, and resident rights.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced, dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant / Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA / LNA) for a long-term care assignment in Bennington, VT.

In this role, you will provide hands‑on resident support, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams in a dynamic rehabilitation and long‑term care setting.

• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited provider (e.g., American Heart Association).
