Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking Travel Certified Nursing Assistants for evening shifts in Selinsgrove, PA, on a 26-week travel assignment at a state-operated facility. The position pays a weekly gross of $1,115 plus a $675 travel stipend with paid orientation and 40-hour weeks.

Requirements include active PA CNA certification, BLS, and at least six months of CNA experience, with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift and a tax-home distance over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum six months of professional CNA experience.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to care for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs.
• Availability for the second-shift schedule, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Availability for four weeks of paid orientation, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Ability to commit to the 26-week travel assignment.
• Permanent tax-home address more than 50 miles from the assignment facility.
• Ability to complete facility-required clearances and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support procedures.
• Provide safe, respectful care to residents who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
