Job summary

Heartline Staffing in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking Travel Certified Nursing Assistants for 3rd shift (10:15 PM - 6:45 AM) at a state-operated intermediate care facility. The assignment is 26 weeks with paid orientation and travel stipend.

Weekly gross pay is $1,115 plus a $675 travel stipend (eligibility). A 4-week orientation is provided Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Applicants must have PA CNA certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum six months of professional CNA experience.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to care for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs, including residents with challenging behaviors.
• Availability for the third-shift schedule, 10:15 PM - 6:45 AM.
• Availability for four weeks of paid orientation, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Ability to commit to the 26-week travel assignment.
• Permanent tax-home address more than 50 miles from the assignment facility.
• Ability to complete facility-required clearances and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and established behavioral support procedures.
• Provide safe, respectful care to residents who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
