Heartline Staffing is recruiting experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for a 26-week travel assignment at a Pennsylvania state-operated restoration center in South Mountain.
Evening shift 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM, 40 hours weekly, with travel stipend and weekly gross pay of $1,115. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily care while following care plans and reporting changes to licensed staff.
Formación
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification is REQUIRED.
- Minimum 6 months of professional CNA experience REQUIRED.
- Experience providing direct resident care in long-term care or similar setting REQUIRED.
- Ability to perform CNA duties safely and follow care plans REQUIRED.
- Evening shift 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM REQUIRED.
- Rotating weekends and assigned holidays REQUIRED.
- No-leave during first four weeks REQUIRED.
- Facility no-cell-phone-use policy to comply with during work REQUIRED.
- Commitment to the full 26-week assignment REQUIRED.
- Complete facility credentialing and onboarding requirements REQUIRED.
- Permanent tax-home address must be >50 miles from the facility REQUIRED.

We're recruiting experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for 10 evening-shift travel openings at a Pennsylvania state-operated restoration center in South Mountain.
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,115
Taxable Hourly Pay: $11.00
Weekly Travel Stipend: $675, subject to eligibility
Contract Duration: 26 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40
Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Meal Break: No unpaid lunch break
Paid Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks
Weekends: Rotating weekends required
Holidays: Assigned holidays required
No leave may be used during the first four weeks of the assignment. Cell phone use is not permitted while working.
This Commonwealth of Pennsylvania opportunity is located at a state-operated restoration center administered through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS).
You'll work alongside licensed nursing professionals and the healthcare team to provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting resident safety, comfort, and daily needs.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
- Support meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Follow individualized care plans and established nursing procedures.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
- Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
This opportunity offers a travel compensation package. Your permanent tax-home address must be more than 50 miles from the assignment facility to meet Heartline Staffing's travel-distance policy. Tax-free stipend eligibility is subject to applicable IRS requirements.

- Ability to comply with the facility's no-cell-phone-use policy while working REQUIRED
- Ability to commit to the full 26-week assignment REQUIRED
- Ability to complete applicable facility credentialing and onboarding requirements REQUIRED
- Permanent tax-home address must be more than 50 miles from the assignment facility to meet Heartline Staffing's travel-distance policy REQUIRED
