FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed nursing assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision in accordance with facility policies and procedures, to ensure the highest quality resident care.

Responsibilities include making resident rounds at shift start and every two hours, verifying resident identity before care, preparing beds and supplies, and following directions from the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Administrator.

Competenze

• Must hold a CNA license and have at least 6 months of CNA experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work with ill, elderly residents.

Mansioni

• Perform nursing care according to facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care and meals.
• Keep beds clean and ensure clean water for residents.
• Follow directions from Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses and Administrator.
