Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is actively hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a travel assignment in Crescent City, California. This opportunity offers competitive travel pay and consistent full-time hours with potential for long-term placement. CNAs will provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams. Candidates must possess an active California CNA license and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California CNA license (hard copy required).
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute, med/surg, or long-term care settings.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required).
• Valid Driver’s License or Passport.
• Must not require time off in the first 6 months of contract.
• Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene support.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition.
• Report changes in patient status promptly to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
