Elite Clinical Network seeks a Traveling Clinical Research Coordinator to support new research sites in Nevada, guiding startup tasks and early enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The role collaborates with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and site staff, with frequent travel (up to 75%). It emphasizes audits, data quality, and regulatory readiness to maintain study integrity.

Qualifications

• Education and experience align with clinical research operations
• GCP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles understood
• Experience with startup startup-to-closeout processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned sites to manage day-to-day study operations
• Educate site personnel on procedures, expectations, and compliance
• Coordinate site opening activities for study launch readiness
• Support early enrollment through startup tasks and recruitment expectations
• Independently manage travel logistics and communications with sites
• Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
• Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll participants according to protocol
• Ensure timely data capture and accurate documentation in source records
• Prepare IRB materials and manage amendments and continuing reviews
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors, and regulators during transitions
• Maintain regulatory binders compliant with FDA and GCP standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Educate participants on procedures and risks
• Attend trainings and investigator meetings
• Track site progress from startup to study execution
• Onboard and train new site staff per ECN policies
