Job summary

National Jewish Health in Denver seeks a Traveling Research Coordinator to support clinical centers nationwide, collaborating with local teams or independently to develop, implement and coordinate clinical research. This role requires adherence to study protocols and GCP/HIPAA/IRB requirements while traveling across the United States.

Responsibilities include logging activities, arranging travel, recruiting subjects, coordinating space and lab needs, and ensuring accurate data and source

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a clinical research coordinator or monitor.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license; local IRB certification; HIPAA and GCP training; CPR/BLS may be required.
• Current ACRP or SOCRA CCRP/CCRA certification preferred or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Log daily activities and report results.
• Arrange travel and submit related receipts for reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, NIH guidelines, HIPAA and ICH in trials.
• Review consent, protocol and IRB documents; avoid deviations.
• Recruit and interview prospective subjects for the study.
• Schedule subject participation; coordinate space, lab, and physician support.
• Dispense study medication under PI/SC direction.
• Maintain source records; ensure timely CRF data entry.
• Maintain patient files and update medical history and medications.
• Frequent national travel to clinical centers across the United States.
