Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Travel Clinical Research Coordinator to support decentralized trials across sites in Philadelphia. This mid‑level role requires rigorous GCP adherence, meticulous data handling, and clear communication with investigators, sponsors, and participants.

You will screen, enroll, and monitor study subjects, manage source documents, coordinate visits, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling to study sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ICH/GCP, GDP and ALCOA-C+ principles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen candidates by telephone and review exclusions.
• Obtain informed consent per SOP and document revisions.
• Administer questionnaires and collect/ship specimens as directed.
• Record data in source documents and ensure accuracy in CRFs/EDC.
• Monitor patient safety and manage scheduling within visit windows.
• Interact professionally with participants, sponsors, CROs, and site staff.
• Maintain FDA/ICH compliance and effective trial communication.
