Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to screen, enroll, and monitor study subjects in accordance with GCP and regulatory standards. This on-site role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage study logistics across site visits, data capture, and sponsor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years Clinical Research Coordinator experience required.
• Recent phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll and monitor study subjects in accordance with GCP and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate data entry and real-time documentation in source systems.
• Coordinate visits, labs, and procedures with investigators and sponsor personnel.
• Support recruitment activities and communicate clearly with participants.
• Identify and report adverse events per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor CRC I peers and ensure onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
