Job summary

One80 Intermediaries, part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, seeks a Travel Claims Examiner and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Florida. You will analyze complex claim issues, review policy provisions, and ensure accurate benefit payments while handling documentation and customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within guidelines, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to function independently within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls within assigned queues and/or as an overflow for the CSR team.

Pay Range

$16.00 - $21.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
