Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Proven leadership in high-volume sports, entertainment, or event venues.
• Experience managing production and service in fast-paced operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptable, collaborative, with guest-satisfaction focus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food quality through culinary techniques and presentation.
