Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Change Consultant to support federal EHR modernization efforts. The role involves up to 100% travel to sites nationwide, teaching end users, and delivering hands-on adoption experiences for stakeholders. Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a Federal Security Clearance.

You will localize strategies, plan events, and coordinate with Oracle Health stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in change management, training, event delivery or similar roles.
• Ability to support adoption activities and learning events.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Plan and execute change management events across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align logistics and session materials.
• Welcome participants and support sessions with questions and troubleshooting.
• Capture attendance, feedback, issues and improvements for upload.
