Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting seeks a Change Consultant to join a fast-growing team supporting federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort. You will travel to multiple sites to execute change management events and create hands-on adoption experiences for end users and customer stakeholders.

Role requires up to 100% travel within the United States, and the candidate must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a Federal Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in change management, training, event delivery or project coordination.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement change management plans across multiple sites.
• Plan and execute change management events delivering consistent experiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align session logistics and materials.
• Prepare and manage session materials and participant communications.
• Support participants during sessions and address questions or issues.
• Capture and upload event documentation and outcomes.
