American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position in Texas. Requires BLS, NBSTSA certification, and 1 year of surgical tech experience. The role includes day shifts (4x10), varied OR procedures, and on-call coverage.

Epic EMR experience is preferred; local candidates within 90 miles may receive a lower rate. Scrubs are provided and comprehensive benefits accompany this travel assignment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience
• BLS and NBSTSA certification required
• License required if applicable
• AHA certification preferred; ARC not accepted
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• State-issued ID required prior to consideration

Responsabilidades

• Day shift schedule (4x10 hours, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM)
• General OR setting with trauma, orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, plastics, urology, ENT, and endoscopic procedures
• Exposure to robotic surgery using the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• On-call and holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Scrubs provided
• Local candidates within 90 miles considered local and accepted at a lower pay rate
• RTO limited to 5 non-consecutive days, with only one holiday RTO request approved during the Nov-Jan holiday season
• All RTO must be approved by management prior to contract signing
• Completion of required training modules pre-start or during orientation, tracked annually via Healthstream
