Job summary

IXPERT Advisors is seeking a dedicated Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

The role requires current BLS certification, at least 2 years in SNF/LTC, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a full contract assignment.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience.
• Travel healthcare experience preferred.
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and full contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record patient care and document accurately.
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulating residents safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow care plans.
• Support nurses with routine care per individual plans.
• Ensure infection control and facility safety compliance.
• Float to other units as needed.
