Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service to travelers, operate the POS system, and support food preparation and service in our travel plazas. You will help keep the center stocked, clean and compliant with safety standards, while engaging with customers and colleagues to create a positive experience.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at the Welcome Center.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Assist in stocking, food prep and serving quality items.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and food prep areas.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Follow brand standards and health and safety requirements.
