Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role at our travel center. You will help maintain cleanliness, manage showers/restrooms, handle towels, perform minor repairs, and keep the premises guest-ready to ensure a positive visit for all guests.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
