Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking team members to maintain clean travel centers and deliver friendly guest service across shifts. You will clean facilities, assist customers, and support maintenance tasks to ensure a positive guest experience at the travel center.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Strong teamwork abilities and guest service mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most shifts.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, unload towels for showers.
• Perform general store repairs/maintenance.
• Take out trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
