Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities, driving sales and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoints, ensuring vendor relationships are maintained and standards are met.

Role requires flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays; pay starts at $48,700 and goes to $70,565 per year with weekly pay and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and meeting profit objectives.
• Managing team members and coordinating staffing, interviewing and training.
• Tracking inventory and ensuring product availability.
