Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and to drive the execution of business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.

You will build and coach teams, manage staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability. Pay rates start between $41,700 and $60,460 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
