Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Kingsport, TN. The role involves preparing patients, assisting during interventional procedures, and ensuring patient safety with specialized imaging equipment.

The position requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. Travel-friendly benefits and a supportive clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent cath lab experience.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification required.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy.
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor hemodynamic data.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field; adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient records and equipment logs; assist with inventory and supplies.
