Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Augusta, GA. The role involves supporting cardiac catheterization procedures, scrubbing in, and assisting physicians with complex interventions.

A minimum of 1 year in a Cath Lab and active BLS/ACLS are required; ARRT (R) or equivalent credentials are preferred where applicable. Expect 40 hours per week on days, with a 10‑hour shift, and a tax‑free stipend may be determined.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred or ARRT (R) CI/CCI-RCIS where required.
• GA state licensing as applicable.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cath lab rooms with stock and equipment; ensure sterility.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures; drape and set up catheters.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; assist physicians during procedures.
• Scrub in, assist with catheter maneuvers, and document data.
• Monitor hemodynamic data and patient status during procedures.
