Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring safety and accuracy in imaging and data documentation.

The position requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and active BLS/ACLS. Travel benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent cardio Cath Lab experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications.
• Radiology licensure may be required in state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Pass catheters, wires, balloons, and stents during procedures; operate fluoroscopy.
• Maintain imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in, manage sterile field, and follow infection control protocols.
• Assist with sheath removal and hemostasis as directed.
• Document patient data, imaging, and equipment logs accurately.
• Monitor radiation safety and use protective gear properly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
