Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Los Angeles, CA. You will prepare patients, assist with procedures, and operate imaging/hemodynamic equipment, while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

The role requires current ARRT/RCIS/RCES, BLS and ACLS, with preference for a Radiologic Technologist license. Travel benefits and support are provided by Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Preferred Radiologic Technologist license per state regulations.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist with catheter/wire/stent passage and operate fluoroscopy equipment.
• Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems with accuracy.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Document patient records, imaging data and equipment logs.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.
