Job summary

The Good Life MedStaff, LLC seeks a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pikeville, KY. The role involves assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and operating specialized imaging equipment under on-site supervision.

Licensed technologists with BLS/ACLS and RCIS or RT certification are preferred. The position offers 12-hour days, 48 hours per week, and a travel employment arrangement.

Qualifications

• Degree in cardiovascular technology or radiologic technology is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• RCIS or RT certification is preferred or required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the cath lab and ensure equipment is sterile and functional.
• Assist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (angiography, PCI, EP studies).
• Monitor vitals and document data during procedures; ensure patient safety.
