Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 14-week assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. The role requires 1 year of cath lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT (R) CI or CCI-RCIS certifications with state licensure. Expect 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts, travel employment.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, scrubbing in, operating lab equipment, and recording hemodynamic data while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ARRT (R)–CI or CCI-RCIS certification and state licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cardiac lab rooms and ensure sterile setup.
• Draping, sterilization, and instrument preparation for procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment in the cath lab and assist physicians.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist with catheter maneuvers.
• Obtain hemodynamic data and record imaging during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies as needed.
