Job Overview

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab/EP Technologist for a 13‑week travel contract in Covington, Louisiana. The assignment begins on 8 June 2026.

Assignment Overview

• Location: Covington, Louisiana
• Start Date: 8 June 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour days)
• Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
• On‑call: Required
• On‑site: Hospital‑based cardiac cath lab
• Daily caseload: ~15 cases
• Travel distance: Candidates must reside >75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• First‑time travelers: Will be considered
• Scrubs: Provided
• RTO: Up to 5 days may be requested during the contract
• Previous LCMC: Separate by at least 1 year before being considered for travel

Responsibilities

Perform cath lab/EP procedures in a hospital‑based setting, document patient data using Epic EMR, and maintain equipment such as GE Innova, Maclab, and Xper. Manage caseload and support team members during day shifts and on‑call duties.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
