Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Clearwater, FL. This role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and instruments, and ensuring patient safety throughout the procedure.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Document patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols.
