Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for an 18-week travel assignment in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on assisting cardiovascular procedures, patient preparation, and equipment operation in a fast-paced lab.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Cath Lab experience and current BLS/ACLS, along with ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification. Travel benefits and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, and devices; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold infection control standards.
• Document patient data, equipment logs, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
