Job summary

American Traveler in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Travel Cath Lab/EP Technologist to support a busy cardiac program on a 13-week assignment. The position offers 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts for a consistent day schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years cath lab experience, RCIS or RRT certification, and AHA certifications, with occasional on-call duties and opportunities to cross-train in interventional radiology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cath lab experience required.
• RRT or RCIS certification required (license required if applicable).
• AHA certifications required.
• Diagnostic and interventional procedure experience required.
• Preferred experience with manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, IABP, and pre/post unit care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures including cath, stress testing, TEE, and tilt table studies.
• Scrub tech staff cover cath, stress testing, TEE, and tilt table studies.
• Occasional floating to Interventional Radiology; uphold patient safety and quality standards.
